The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, intends to procure one cutterhead hydraulic pipeline dredge with a diameter of at least 18 inches and a draft no greater than 9 feet. The contractor must furnish and deliver the dredge, attendant plant, and personnel, and fully operate the equipment for construction and maintenance dredging at Mississippi River ports and harbors within the district. The work is described as a firm-fixed-price construction contract with a 365-calendar-day completion period from the Notice to Proceed. Bids will be evaluated on lowest price. The estimated project magnitude is $5 million to $10 million. The procurement is unrestricted.
