Description
The City is seeking concepts, development ideas, and partnership structures for redeveloping and enhancing a roughly 100-acre park and zoo campus as a unified family entertainment, recreation, and tourism destination. Respondents may address one component or the overall site and may include qualified firms, developers, entertainment companies, nonprofit operators, technology innovators, and public-private partnership specialists. Concepts of interest include outdoor recreation and adventure, water-based recreation on a lake (including canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boating), family entertainment attractions, immersive and holographic wildlife experiences, events and small conference facilities, environmental enhancements and walking trails, and funding or financing models. This is an RFI for information and concepts; it does not commit the City to issue a subsequent solicitation or award a contract.
