Description
The Mississippi State Department of Health seeks a contractor to provide monthly preventive maintenance, annual safety inspections and full-load testing, minor repairs, and maintenance reporting for nine elevators. Work must comply with applicable codes and manufacturer specifications, including ASME A17.1 and Mississippi requirements. The scope also includes 24/7 emergency callback service with on-site response within two hours, minor parts and labor up to $250 per incident subject to prior approval, written estimates for larger repairs, and coordination with agency facilities staff. The contract is a requirements contract, with a cumulative term not to exceed five years, including any renewals.
