Description
Bremen Community High School District 228 is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for removal and replacement of the existing roof and exterior painting at its Bremen Administration Building. Work is expected to begin in late October 2026. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and examine the bid documents and work site. Each bid must include a certified or bank cashier’s check or an acceptable bid bond of at least 10 percent of the total bid, along with a Certificate of Eligibility to Bid. The successful bidder must provide a 100-percent performance bond and labor/material bond. Bid documents, drawings, specifications, and addenda are available electronically through the construction manager.
