Description
The Chicago Housing Authority is seeking a qualified firm to replace legacy Cisco, Juniper, and GarrettCom network equipment with current-generation Cisco hardware across approximately 65 properties. The scope includes Cisco Catalyst 1300, 8300, 8500, and 9500 switches and routers; Firepower/ASA equipment; three-year SmartNet support; and DNA software licenses. VPN routers at headquarters and disaster recovery sites will also be upgraded to support secure remote access and WAN connectivity. Respondents must submit a typed and signed quote using the provided fee form, including unit and total bid prices for the listed equipment, support, and licenses. The performance period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029, with a stated need-by date of September 28, 2026. Mandatory CHA forms, affidavits, and insurance documentation are required within seven days after award and are not part of the submission-time packet.
