The City of Springfield seeks a vendor to supply and deliver police uniforms for the Springfield Police Department through an annual contract, with deliveries issued as requirements arise. Proposals will be evaluated on factors including the ease of measuring officers and arranging clothing delivery, and the vendor’s ability to provide brands consistent with City standards in a timely manner. The vendor must have at least four consecutive years in the uniform business and have equipment and personnel at its place of business to perform uniform alterations and other required sewing services.
