Description
Cape Light Compact JPE seeks multiple vendors for commercial retrofit services, commercial new-construction services, and commercial retrofit quality assurance and quality control inspections. Scope includes program and project management, customer support and scheduling, energy-efficiency measure implementation and turnkey installation, incentive administration, data tracking and reporting, and onsite or virtual inspections. Retrofit installations may include lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, insulation, air sealing, water heating, and other eligible measures. Proposers may bid on one or more scopes and must submit a separate pricing proposal using the provided cost bid sheet. The contract is for an initial three-year term, with up to three one-year renewal options and possible further extensions up to a ten-year maximum. The RFP requires at least two similar projects or equivalent experience within the past five years in Massachusetts; subcontracting requires prior written consent, and the vendor remains responsible for subcontractors.
