Description
The City seeks qualified medical providers to perform comprehensive pre-employment and annual physical examinations for firefighters in accordance with NFPA 1582 and applicable Tennessee laws. Services include medical history and physical examinations; cardiovascular, pulmonary, vision, hearing, laboratory, cancer, respiratory-protection, and immunization evaluations; and written fitness-for-duty reports and medical-record handling. Providers must describe their clinical staff and protocols, facility locations and capacity, scheduling and reporting systems, quality assurance, and pricing by service component. The City may award to multiple providers under an open-season process.
