Description
The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District seeks qualified occupational health physicians and clinics for a three-year term from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. Services include post-offer/pre-employment and annual medical examinations, functional testing, work-related injury care and treatment, reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing, automated external defibrillator oversight, annual flu immunization clinics, and emergency public-health advice. The provider must support medical surveillance and testing tailored to employee roles, communicate results securely, maintain protected health information, and assist with testing for new hires outside the District’s service area. Proposals must address service availability and quality, firm/team qualifications, project approach, SBE participation, local-office presence, and compensation. The response includes a transmittal letter, service and qualification narratives, project approach, SBE and local-office information, certificate of insurance, non-discrimination certification, EEO data form, and compensation proposal. The District’s SBE participation goal is 20%; certified SBE and VBE participation counts toward the goal. The RFP assigns points to service quality, qualifications, approach, SBE participation, local-office preference, and compensation.
