Description
The Town of Richmond and Richmond School Administrative Unit seek a qualified certified public accounting firm for a long-term agreement covering present and future auditing needs. The initial scope includes audits for fiscal years ending 2024, 2025, and 2026, with services planned through FY2031 and renewal for future years. The selected firm will coordinate audits of financial statements and internal controls for both entities, provide draft and final reports containing opinions and findings, and complete separate annual audit reports for each entity. The entities use Harris TRIO, Aptafund, Grants4ME, G5, CNPweb, and NEO systems, share a treasurer and common deposit sweep account, and conduct separate internal payrolls.
