Description
The Town of Yarmouth seeks a qualified consulting firm to create a comprehensive Working Waterfront Masterplan for its commercial shellfish, aquaculture, lobster, marine-service, and related waterfront businesses. The work includes project initiation, review of existing plans and policies, stakeholder interviews and workshops, field visits, conditions and infrastructure assessments, climate-vulnerability analysis addressing sea-level rise, storm surge, erosion, and flooding, future scenario development, and GIS mapping. Required deliverables include a work plan and stakeholder list; engagement memoranda; technical and GIS assessments; a capital improvements matrix with funding sources, priorities, cost ranges, and resilience standards; operations and policy recommendations; draft and final masterplans; final GIS layers; a publicly accessible StoryMap; and presentations to advisory bodies and the Town Council. Proposals must include a cover letter, project approach, key-personnel resumes and qualifications, at least three comparable project examples with sample materials and links, a cost proposal, schedule, and at least three client references. The stated total project budget is $80,000.
