Description
The City of Celina and Celina Economic Development Corporation are seeking proposals from qualified retail merchandisers to operate, manage, and activate “That’s So Celina,” a downtown visitor center, retail destination, and community gathering space within a new downtown center building. The response must be submitted electronically through the City’s eProcurement system and include the required qualification, business, compliance, financial-capacity, audited-financial-statement, tax, licensing, insurance acknowledgment, and other solicitation forms and documentation. Required submissions include the CIQ conflict-of-interest form, W-9, Statement of Qualifications, Non-Resident Bidder Form, Form 1295, financial-capacity documentation, and recent audited financial statements or specified tax-return financial statements. The solicitation also includes required certifications and acknowledgments concerning non-collusion, business history, licensing, statutory compliance, taxes, investigations, debarment, bonding, contract performance, insurance, system access, and Addendum 1.
