Description
The North Texas Tollway Authority is soliciting open-market bids for janitorial and custodial services at the Frisco Operations Center, Plano Operations Center, MLP-3, MLP-4, and restrooms at five material stockpiles along the Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Tollway. The project estimate is $276,323.00. The solicitation includes a bid solicitation, site plans, and bid sheet. Electronic quotes are permitted, and a virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
