Description
The New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is soliciting one or more vendors to provide ambassador services for the Atlantic City Tourism District. The scope includes managing a team that creates a secure and welcoming environment; providing visitors with information, directions, and available dining, entertainment, and public resources; communicating with business owners; and serving as an information link to public service agencies. The contractor must support special events, films, ribbon cuttings, and similar activities with crowd and vehicle control; maintain one year-round operation center on the boardwalk in space provided by the Authority; conduct foot or bicycle patrols throughout the district; and provide train-the-trainer personnel certified in CPR and AED use. The contractor must procure and maintain the required AED and first-aid equipment and employee certifications, with the AED owned and operated by the contractor.
