Description
The Town of South Cle Elum is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide professional municipal engineering services during the 2027–2029 calendar years. The scope may include water, sewer, drainage, irrigation, and street projects; comprehensive planning; municipal planning; traffic studies; capital facilities plans; rate studies; technical reports; cost estimates; environmental reviews; funding applications and administration; surveys; plans and specifications; construction administration and observation; and related services. The Town will use qualifications-based selection procedures to select a consulting engineering firm for contract negotiation. Evaluation factors include key personnel, experience with similar municipalities, availability and capacity, project management and quality-control approach, state and federal funding and regulatory experience, past performance, and references. Statements of Qualifications are limited to 20 pages, excluding a one-page cover letter and front and back covers, and must be submitted electronically in PDF format.
