Description
The U.S. Department of State is conducting market research for a potential Construction Security Monitoring Program supporting overseas facilities. The contemplated requirement would provide Top Secret-cleared Construction Surveillance Technicians, Cleared American Guards, Team Leaders, Assistant Team Leaders, and Site Security Coordinators to control access, monitor uncleared construction workers, inspect materials, document and report security violations, and maintain a continuous security presence. The contractor would be responsible for recruiting and staffing qualified personnel, providing training, maintaining a Top Secret facility clearance, supporting DOS reciprocal clearances, managing accounting systems meeting DCAA compliance standards, and handling overseas logistics such as visas, permits, lodging, transportation, medical needs, and other life-support services. The anticipated contract value is $250 million, with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. This is a Sources Sought/RFI only and is not a solicitation for contract award.
