Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two packages of red silicone rubber vascular surgical loops. Each package contains 10 each, and the item must have a 60-month shelf life with no more than nine months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The device is identified as FDA-regulated. Quoters must specify the source and part number supplied. Alternate offers require complete, legible technical data describing both the requested and alternate products; alternate offers without the required technical data will not be evaluated. Packaging, preservation, and marking must comply with the stated military and medical marking standards. Delivery is required within five days after award to the specified military medical logistics destination.
