Description
Employment and Social Development Canada is procuring interconnecting workstation panels, workstations and height-adjustable work surfaces, monitor arms, and power modules under the Workspaces Supply Arrangement E60PQ-140003. The requirement supports reconfiguration of the Service Canada Centre at 32525 Simon Avenue and includes specified quantities and configurations in the product builders, panel matrix, and floor plans. Amendment 001 clarifies that the height-adjustable tables require both vertical and horizontal cable management, one centered grommet in each of nineteen 54-by-30-inch main desk surfaces, and two separate desks configured in an L-shape that adjust independently. The successful contractor must supply, deliver, unload, transport, and install the furniture; inspect products, make minor adjustments and repairs, clean the products and installation site, and complete a post-installation walkthrough and deficiency corrections. Products must be new and meet the applicable supply-arrangement specifications. The contract runs from award through March 31, 2027, with an estimated four-month period beginning December 1, 2026, and delivery required by December 1, 2026. Only holders of the Workspaces Supply Arrangement in the E60PQ-140003 series may submit offers, and the procurement is set aside under the federal Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. A valid Designated Organization Screening and Reliability Status for personnel requiring access to sensitive sites is required during performance.
