Description
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking proposals from qualified managed service providers to deliver an enterprise-wide temporary staffing solution covering locum tenens and allied health, non-clinical and professional staffing, and executive and faculty interim placement and search services. The MSP will manage staffing vendors, standardize processes, improve visibility into spend, provide its own platform, coordinate staffing requests, support candidate sourcing and screening, and submit invoices to Roswell Park. Nursing staffing is excluded because it is covered by a separate MSP agreement through 2028; vendors may include omitted allied-health roles under the Other Titles section. Estimated annual staffing volume is approximately six locum tenens/allied-health FTEs, 40 non-clinical/professional FTEs, and three executive or faculty FTEs. Vendors may propose one or more categories, and Roswell Park may make a single, partial, multiple, or no award. Proposals must address the MSP model, supplier network, technology, implementation, service delivery, compliance, screening, onboarding, conversion policies, AI use, offshore-resource limitations, and pricing. A separate response with an eight- to 12-page limit is required for each proposed category. A Certificate of Insurance is preferred at submission, but vendors may provide a written commitment to obtain required coverage before contract execution. The draft Temporary Staffing Agreement, including final insurance requirements, will be issued by future addendum.
