Description
Los Angeles County is soliciting fixed-route and dial-a-ride transit services. The opportunity is identified as a continuous contract and is categorized under public works and conventional transit coaches or minibuses. A certificate of insurance and required endorsements must be submitted. Required coverage includes general liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation and employers’ liability, with specified limits of up to $2 million for general aggregate liability and $1 million for each listed automobile, workers’ compensation, and employers’ liability limit. The County of Los Angeles, its special districts, officials, officers, and employees must be named as additional insured for activities arising from the agreement.
