Description
Flex High School of Cleveland is requesting proposals for Category 2 internal-connection cabling materials and installation for Funding Year 2027. The scope includes up to 100 data drops, with individual drop lengths varying by site plan; bidders should use an average drop length of 200 feet for bid calculations. Two eligible data drops are typically run together to one three-port faceplate. Proposals must include per-item pricing for cabling, connectors, components, installation and configuration, shipping and handling, applicable taxes, and other charges. Bidders must identify each manufacturer's name, model name and number, and SKU; provide warranty information and the E-Rate eligibility percentage for each item; identify ineligible services and their recurring or one-time charges; submit sample contracts; provide the bidder's Service Provider Identification Number; and agree to comply with applicable USAC and E-Rate rules. The contract is expected to have a one-year term, with orders placed as needed after award and final negotiations.
