The Town of Scituate, Massachusetts, on behalf of the Widows Walk Golf Course, is soliciting proposals for the lease of the restaurant and bar concession. The space includes approximately 2,720 square feet with a kitchen, bar, two restrooms, dining room, office area, 750 square feet of patio space, and outside dining for about 37 patrons. The selected lessee will operate the food and beverage services at the golf course. The lease is expected to begin on April 1, 2027. Interested parties must submit bids to the Town Administrator's Office and may obtain the IFB by emailing the provided address.
