Description
The City seeks turnkey plumbing repair and maintenance services for its facilities, including scheduled service and on-call response. Work includes repairing or replacing sinks, vanities, faucets, drains, traps, toilets, flush valves, and wax rings; clearing clogs with a drain-cleaning machine; repairing leaks; and installing, maintaining, or repairing water heaters. Gas-line feeds or supplies to equipment may also require maintenance or repair. The contractor must provide personnel, labor, materials, and equipment, and be equipped to handle additional plumbing needs. Required response times are within two hours for active leaks during weekday business hours and within 24 hours for non-leaking repairs. The proposal must include company history, experience, solution, risk, pricing, and the specified forms. The contract is annual, beginning October 1, 2026, with up to four additional one-year renewal options.
