Description
Peavine School District 19 seeks bids for 300 Mbps internet access, including leased lit fiber or internet access service, and a managed router compatible with the selected speed as an optional item. Bidders should include eligible components and related installation, monthly service, configuration, engineering, and maintenance costs, and separately identify ineligible charges and any special construction costs. No more than three internet service options should be proposed. The district also seeks three 48-port PoE++ switches with 10 GB fiber uplinks, or equivalent equipment. Installation and configuration must be priced separately from the devices. Category 2 bids must provide detailed equipment descriptions, including make and model, functionality, location, total cost, ineligible portions, and one-time charges where applicable. Bidders must provide corresponding contracts with their bids. Internet access bidders must meet the stated E-rate and Oklahoma Universal Service Fund requirements.
