Description
Maryetta School District 22 is soliciting bids for 1 Gbps Internet access and data transmission services, including leased lit fiber or other technologies, eligible components, installation, configuration, engineering, maintenance, and any special construction. Bidders must separately identify and cost-allocate ineligible services and charges, and may submit no more than three Internet access or WAN options. A managed router compatible with the requested speed is optional. The district is also seeking Category 1 network equipment and Category 2 internal connections, specifically one Extreme 5320-48P-8XE or equivalent school-site network switch, plus installation and configuration priced separately from the equipment. Category 1 providers must be eligible under the applicable E-rate and Oklahoma requirements, identify their SPIN and FCC Registration Number, provide applicable service-level agreements and contracts with their bids, and comply with lowest-corresponding-price requirements. Awards are contingent on E-rate funding and school board approval; multi-year contracts or voluntary extensions may be considered.
