Description
Rocky Mountain School District 24 is soliciting bids for 1 Gbps Category One Internet access and data transmission services. The requested service may include leased lit fiber with Internet access, eligible installation and initial configuration, monthly service, Category One equipment, engineering, maintenance, and special construction costs where applicable. Ineligible services and charges must be separately identified and cost allocated. The solicitation also requests Category One network equipment compatible with the service and identifies a managed router for Internet access as optional. Bidders must provide service-level agreements, identify all costs and any ineligible portions, provide their service provider identification and FCC registration information, and submit corresponding contracts with their bids. Eligible providers must comply with applicable E-rate and OUSF/SETDA requirements, including lowest corresponding price rules and OUSF filing obligations.
