Description
Maricopa County is seeking contractors to provide collision and accident repairs for county-owned medium- to heavy-duty trucks and off-road equipment, including backhoes, tractors, road graders, bulldozers, and other earthmoving equipment. The scope includes mechanical, body and fender, frame, paint, welding, air-conditioning, structural, electrical, and related repairs, as well as vehicle transport, estimates, damage documentation, repair-status reporting, quality control, and delivery of completed vehicles. Contractors must have at least five consecutive years of auto-body collision-repair experience and maintain a properly equipped facility, including a dust-free paint booth, dedicated frame-repair system, refrigerant-recycling equipment, certified welders, vehicle hoist, headlight-aiming system, paint-mixing system, and secure vehicle storage. The solicitation requests labor rates and related pricing for a three-year term, with two one-year renewal options. A written warranty of at least five years on labor is required.
