Description
The United States Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for 180 Cisco 1000 Mbps multi-mode rugged SFP transceivers, model GLC-SX-MM-RGD. This is a brand-name requirement for commercial products, with delivery required within 30 days after receipt of order to the specified Cannon Air Force Base delivery location. Offers must include a quotation or proposal conforming to the pricing worksheet, a completed Attachment 1 Pricing Worksheet, completed and signed Attachment 2 Offeror Information & Certification, and completed and signed Attachment 3 Conflict of Interest Statement. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and certified as Women-Owned Small Businesses in the SBA's Small Business Search system at the time of submission. The solicitation incorporates the SBA Nonmanufacturer Rule class waiver for the applicable NAICS code and requires compliance with the listed provisions and clauses. Evaluation will consider technical acceptability, past performance, and price.
