Description
Crescent View South Public Charter II is soliciting proposals for Category 1 data transmission and/or Internet access services consisting of 1 Gbps fiber Internet circuits at two locations: 4348 W. Shaw Ave., Unit 5, Fresno, California, and 2073-A W. Cleveland Ave., Madera, California. Each circuit must include a /29 block of static public IPv4 addresses, with five usable externally facing addresses. Proposals must include the Form 470 number, the bidder’s Service Provider Identification Number, sample contracts unless month-to-month service is proposed, and complete pricing for recurring charges, taxes, surcharges, usage fees, construction, and installation. Bidders must identify ineligible services and costs, demonstrate compliance with E-Rate requirements, state service availability and any construction timeline, and provide pricing for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, two optional one-year renewals, and month-to-month service. Installation and initial configuration are requested, and bandwidth increases may be made during the contract term or renewal periods.
