Description
The College of Southern Nevada is seeking a consultant to conduct a salary equity study for full-time academic faculty. The selected consultant will analyze salaries using factors including years of experience at hire, years of service, column placement, and educational attainment; identify potential disparities; recommend salary adjustments; estimate associated salary and benefit costs; and develop staged implementation options based on available funding. The engagement excludes part-time or adjunct academic faculty and administrative faculty, and is not a market salary study comparing faculty salaries with peer institutions. The scope includes data analysis and modeling, consulting, meetings and presentations with the Salary Equity Committee and college stakeholders, project management, communication planning, written analyses, and a final report. Proposals must address methodology, adjustment examples, sustainable salary parity, implementation and communication strategies, potential faculty appeals, and related ad hoc projects. The proposal is limited to 50 pages, must use at least 10-point type, and must include the requested technical proposal tabs and pricing response form.
