Description
The General Services Administration is soliciting one vendor to provide a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 new 2026 or 2027 Volkswagen Atlas SE vehicles with Technology, or equal vehicles meeting the stated salient characteristics. Vehicles must have fewer than 500 miles and include four-wheel drive, a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, three-row seating for seven passengers, heated front seats, tri-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assistance, parking sensors, a rearview camera, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, all-weather floor mats or cargo liner, a full-size spare tire, and other specified equipment. Preferred colors are black, navy, or gray; vehicles must be delivered with a full tank of gas and all fluids topped off. The government will award to one vendor and may purchase any quantity from 20 through 30 vehicles. Pricing must be provided per vehicle on a FOB destination basis, and delivery dates are a significant evaluation factor. The quote package must include the completed SF 18, price and delivery schedule, technical compliance information, past-performance information, the GSA Fleet Systems account application, and the required source-of-supply or partnership letter when applicable. The technical submission is limited to 20 pages, and the window-sticker documentation is limited to one page containing all stickers.
