This notice solicits potential consulting parties for the Kendall Pointe project, a development of 40 apartment units located near the intersection of 55th Street NW & 18th Avenue NW along Sara Lynn Drive in Rochester, MN 55901. The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (Minnesota Housing) is considering financial support for this project through the HOME Investment Partnerships and HUD Risk Sharing Insurance Programs. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify organizations interested in the project and its potential effects on historic properties. This Section 106 review process, governed by the National Historic Preservation Act, aims to ensure that historic properties are identified and their potential impacts are considered. Interested parties are invited to request consulting party status to be actively informed of the process, including public meetings, and to have their views sought. Organizations wishing to become a consulting party must respond by June 30, 2026, to request status. While future requests may be considered, early participation ensures input on current steps. Each participating organization is asked to nominate one representative and an alternate.
