Description
Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is requesting proposals for preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, post-construction completion and commissioning, project records, and warranty inspection related to seepage monitoring system upgrades, structure replacement, and other work at St. Mary Dam in Cardston County. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files: Part One, Technical Qualifications, and Part Two, Proposal Fee. Each file must be less than 10 MB. The contract is estimated at 27 months, with a proposed start date of October 24, 2026. Selection will be based on best overall value rather than necessarily the lowest cost estimate.
