Description
The City of Kalispell is soliciting sealed bids for two Summit White 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT (RST) or GMC Sierra 1500 SLE (Elevation) crew-cab pickups. Each vehicle must include four-wheel drive, either a 69.9-inch short bed or 79.4-inch standard bed, either an EcoTec3 5.3L V8 or TurboMax 2.7L Turbo I4 engine, remote start and safety packages, and front and rear molded splash guards. Bids must include delivery of both vehicles to the Kalispell Building Department no later than December 15, 2026. Evaluation will consider overall pricing and compliance with the specified components, and the award will go to the lowest responsible bid that most closely meets the requirements. A bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount is required, in the form of qualifying funds or a bid bond. The successful bidder must enter into a contract within 15 calendar days of City Council acceptance, and bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after the bid-receipt deadline.
