Description
The San Antonio Water System is soliciting quotes for a Splunk Enterprise term-license subscription with a Standard Success Plan, supporting up to 150 GB of data ingestion per day. The platform is intended to provide centralized data collection, monitoring, analytics, visualization, and reporting across the system’s technology environment, including continued integration and monitoring of data from its SCADA network. The solution will aggregate information technology and operational technology data in one platform to support situational awareness, performance analysis, operational support, and system reliability. The stated contract period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with possible annual renewals if the system determines an extension is favorable. The vendor must be a registered DIR reseller for Splunk.
