Description
Sayreville School District is soliciting electronic proposals for Category 1 data transmission and internet access services. The request covers six service units with bandwidth ranging from 10 Gbps to 25 Gbps, including connectivity for an existing satellite site and one new site. The district currently uses a hub-and-spoke topology with two core hub sites and satellite sites, but will consider cost-effective alternatives that meet its technical requirements. Proposals must itemize monthly recurring charges, one-time charges, taxes, fees, eligible charges, and any special construction costs, and must identify the proposed network design and service start date. The district requests pricing for a three-year service term with two possible one-year extensions, while also considering other compliant terms, including month-to-month service. The requested service start date is July 1, 2027. Vendors must have a valid Service Provider Identification Number at submission, include standard contract terms and conditions, permit either SPI or BEAR invoicing, certify compliance with FCC Order 19-121, and submit a signed and dated specification document and completed Attachment B. Vendors should have prior experience serving New Jersey public school districts, with references available upon request.
