BID NOTICE Sealed bids for the De Soto Building Demolition (hereinafter “Project”) will be received by the City of De Soto, 17 Boyd Street, De Soto, MO 63020, until 2:00PM, on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00PM, on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at City Hall. The Scope of Work includes removal and disposal of two buildings, associated sitework, infill of crawl space with rock and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Bid packages will be available after 8:00AM, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, and may be obtained from the office of Cochran located at 530A East Independence Drive, Union, MO 63084, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $75.00 for a hard copy or you may request a complimentary digital copy. Description
