Description
Pima County is soliciting a quote for one new, unused, current-production industrial trailer-mounted ventilation blower. The specified unit must have a 24-inch, 12,000-CFM fan rated at 4 inches of static pressure and a Kubota V1505-E4 vertical four-cylinder diesel engine; the engine is designated “no substitute.” The blower must include the specified controls, safety shutdowns, instrumentation, discharge transition and hose, reinforced inlet screen, strobe light, and manufacturer warranties. The trailer must have heavy-duty welded construction, a 3,500-pound GAWR Dexter axle, an adjustable hitch, DOT-compliant LED lights, and a 40-gallon diesel fuel tank. The successful vendor must deliver the equipment by the date stated in the purchase order and provide requested product documentation, including warranty, maintenance, operating and technical manuals, drawings if applicable, brochures, safety data sheets, and recommended spare-parts information. A complete signed 13-page Offer Agreement is required with the response. Insurance documentation is required from the winning offeror after award, and an SBE certificate may be submitted to obtain the stated preference when eligible.
