Description
Byron Center Charter School is soliciting bids for network electronics for one school building. The requested equipment includes 18 Wi-Fi 7 indoor wireless access points with three-year licenses and four managed Ethernet switches. Equivalent products may be proposed if compatible with the existing wireless network. Bidders may submit for equipment, labor, or both, and partial bids are permitted. The scope includes installation, activation, configuration, project management, design and engineering, training, surveys, and basic maintenance of internal connections for the requested equipment. Bids must separately identify eligible and ineligible items and maintenance costs. The selected vendor must provide system testing, as-built documentation, and a three-year warranty and follow-on support. The RFP also requests a project implementation schedule and four references, including at least one school or school district.
