The U.S. Army is soliciting two Thermal Arc sound attenuation booths: one approximately 77.5 by 102.5 by 116 inches and one approximately 100 by 118.5 by 128 inches. The booths must include galvanized flat-panel construction with single-slope roofs, Rockwool insulation, galvanized perforated interior liners, doors, hardware and switches, internal ventilation plenums, welding-arm offsets and cutouts, mounting plates, anchoring hardware, and internal bracing. The units are to be assembled in two halves and shipped with the doors loose; onsite installation, mounting, building air, exhaust fans, lighting, and other auxiliary components will be provided by the government or others. Offerors must submit a detailed technical description addressing every required product feature, along with conceptual approval drawings. The engineering division will validate and approve the proposed equipment concept before award. Native SolidWorks, IGES, and/or STEP 3D models are requested within two weeks after award.
