Description
The project involves demolishing four existing structures in Memphis, Tennessee: two single-family homes measuring approximately 1,518 and 952 square feet, and two small commercial structures measuring approximately 960 square feet each. The work includes demolition of foundations and slabs where specified, as well as removal of an accessory storage shed at one property. The contractor must perform the demolition with appropriate care for environmental hazards identified in the attached Hazardous Materials Reports (Exhibit B).
