Description
Shelby County Government is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified providers to deliver Ryan White Part A and Minority AIDS Initiative services for people living with HIV/AIDS. The service area includes Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton Counties in Tennessee; Marshall, DeSoto, Tunica, and Tate Counties in Mississippi; and Crittenden County in Arkansas. Requested services include outpatient and ambulatory health care, local AIDS pharmaceutical assistance, oral health care, early intervention, health insurance premium and cost-sharing assistance, medical nutrition therapy, mental health services, substance-abuse outpatient care, medical and non-medical case management, emergency financial assistance, food bank or home-delivered meals, medical transportation, outreach, and psychosocial support. Proposers must meet licensing, experience, nonprofit or qualifying-provider, staffing, financial-management, Medicaid, and program-compliance requirements; complete the required Excel scorecard; and submit supporting qualifications, pricing, resumes, references, organizational information, and required certifications and affidavits. The initial contract term is expected to run from March 1, 2027, or contract execution, through February 28, 2028, with two optional one-year renewals.
