Submission Instructions
Description
The Utah Department of Transportation is soliciting landfill disposal and disposal services for construction waste and garbage associated with its Region 2 stations. The State intends to award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with the possibility of multiple contracts for individual stations identified in the pricing schedule. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with the scope and specifications, complete the required certifications, and upload the completed Attachment C Bid Schedule. A Vendor Set Up Form is available as a supporting document and must be completed and uploaded. Optional submissions include business-confidentiality materials, exceptions or revisions to the standard terms and conditions, and explanatory statements concerning debarment, conflicts of interest, tax liens, or other responsiveness issues when applicable.
