Description
Utah County is soliciting bids for frictional mastic surface treatment services. The work includes preparation and application of a mastic seal on roadways (200,000 sq ft), parking lots (50,000 sq ft), and parkways/trails (422,000 sq ft). Unit prices are requested per square foot of finished surface, with total estimated quantities used for bid evaluation. Actual payment will be based on completed work and materials installed, as approved by the County.
