Description
Mapleton City is soliciting bids for installation of new ADA ramps where ramps are missing and replacement of existing noncompliant ADA ramps. The work includes related concrete construction, detectable warning pads, curb and gutter work, removal and proper disposal of old concrete from existing ramps or waterways, and compliance with applicable project requirements. The federally funded project requires the successful bidder to comply with Davis-Bacon wage requirements. Bidders must include their UEI number and any proposed subcontractors’ UEI numbers in the bid documents; omission of this information will result in withdrawal of the bid. The anticipated award is a single contract to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible vendor, and all work must be completed by November 24, 2026.
