Description
The City of Houston Fleet Management Department is soliciting bids for one new Buhler Flex Wing Mower, including the specified spindle assembly, pins, rollers, roller tubes, springs, wheel spacers, spacers, oil seals, bearing cones, slotted nuts, yokes, tires and wheels, blades, and freight. The mower will be installed by City of Houston employees; the contractor is responsible for supplying the equipment and materials. Bids must conform to the stated specifications, with a minimum one-year warranty from full acceptance. The City may request product literature or specification sheets within five calendar days of request, and bidders proposing an equal item must identify the manufacturer, product name, and product number. A completed Official Signature Page is required, and a completed Hire Houston First Declaration form is required with the bid; participation in the program is not required to bid.
