Description
Craven Community College is seeking a vendor to provide and install one turnkey, four-classroom modular building at its Public Safety Training Center. The building should include approximately four 700–800-square-foot classrooms, restroom facilities, full ADA compliance, HVAC, data cabling, emergency and life-safety systems, stairs and a handicap ramp, and compliance with North Carolina modular construction and educational-occupancy requirements. The scope includes delivery, permitting, utility connections, foundation supports, tie-downs, installation, cleanup, as-built electrical diagrams, and manufacturer warranty coverage. Vendors must provide descriptive literature and certifications, demonstrate relevant experience, submit customer references, and include an alternate price for converting one classroom into four finished offices. The contract continues until the College accepts the completed building.
