E.W. Howell Co., LLC is soliciting bids from New York State Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) certified firms for subcontracting and supply opportunities on a new three-story research and laboratory facility with a penthouse at Stony Brook University's Research and Development Park. The approximately 60,183-square-foot project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement and is tax exempt.
