Description
The Governor's Office of Economic Development is seeking statements of qualifications from a professional services provider to lay the groundwork for, and establish a proof of concept for, large outbound marketing and communications campaigns designed to attract economic opportunity and investment. The work must include clear performance metrics. The procurement is for design professional services and consulting under Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15. The selected highest-ranked vendor will negotiate a one-year contract at fair and reasonable compensation. Pricing must not be included with the qualifications submission. Statements of qualifications are limited to 10 pages; an interview with the selection committee may be required if the vendor advances to the applicable stage.
