Description
The City of Mound, Minnesota, is soliciting bids for complete construction and startup of the Mound Water Treatment Plant. The scope includes induced-draft aeration; concrete detention and filter tanks; pumping facilities and a clearwell; washwater reclamation and pumping facilities; site preparation, finish grading, seeding, and sodding; and installation of yard piping and connections for raw water, finished water, and sanitary sewer, along with related work required by the plans and specifications. The work must be completed by December 1, 2029. The project is subject to prevailing wage rates, disadvantaged business enterprise goals, Targeted Group Business Program goals, Veteran-Owned Small Business provisions, equal employment opportunity provisions, Build America Buy America provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel provisions, and responsible contractor certification requirements. A proposal bond of at least 5% of the total bid is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN, and prospective bidders must be on the QuestCDN plan holders list.
